OUR JOUNREY
Founded in 1993, La Parisienne has been a beloved part of the community for over 30 years. From a small bakery to a thriving wholesale operation serving supermarkets, cafés, pubs, and restaurants across the Cotswolds, we’ve never lost sight of our roots — still using the traditional recipes and techniques that made us a success.
OUR STORY
Thierry, the heart and soul of La Parisienne, grew up in Beaune, France, where his love of baking began. After gaining experience in his early years, he moved to the UK with his family to start a new adventure — bringing authentic French baking to the Cotswolds.
